Pensans Morris enjoyed a fabulous weekend celebrating Carn Brae's 40th anniversary. On Saturday we danced out at St Ives, Zennor, St Just and Land's End in the day and enjoyed a fun celidh in the evening. On Sunday all the dance sides combined for displays and a procession in Helston. We are so grateful to Carn Brae for inviting us and thank all the lovely people we met for their enjoyable company.
Just been given this photo from our recent dance out at The Old Manor Care Home's open day. Thanks to all the staff there for inviting us and their hospitality.
We got soaked dancing on Thursday night when we popped along to the Coldstreamer Inn to support the new owners but we had a great time singing in the pub afterwards. The official opening is this evening, we can't make it but recommend you all head there for a pint from 5pm.
Pensans Morris, bordering on morris' Mazey weekend starts tomorrow. You can catch us outside The Admiral Benbow from around 7.15pm before we go down to the marquee to cheer on one of our number in the mock mayor election. Vote for the Reverend Norman Helmet. You know it makes sense!
